Sessions will be held at our studio located at the Millyard Business Center, 1787 Wili Pa Loop, Suite 2, in Wailuku.
Your session fee ($50.00 formals only/$65.00 formals and 1-casual) is due one week after scheduling.
It may be paid by cash, check or credit card.
This fee is a professional photographic fee and includes complimentary retouching for the selected yearbook pose.
It does not apply to any portrait order.

At Your In-Studio Appointment
Please arrive dressed and ready to be photographed (Hair & make-up must be done prior to arrival)
Ladies: you will be dressed in a traditional black drape provided by the studio. Please wear a strapless top or a top with straps that can be moved off the shoulder.
Gentlemen: you will be dressed in a black tuxedo provided by the studio. Please wear a white t-shirt.
• Your session fee is due one week from scheduling
• Please arrive at your scheduled time and park in front of Units 1 or 2
• Only the student will be allowed at the photo session
• Please ring the doorbell & someone from our staff will meet you at the door to check you in
• Following your photo session, you will be given information on viewing your images and selecting your yearbook photo
• Late appointments will be rescheduled

If you have questions or would like to schedule an in-studio appointment, please contact us (808) 244-3636. Our current office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10 am - 2 pm.
Rescheduling

We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling. Because of limited session times, we would appreciate rescheduling only if absolutely necessary. Any rescheduling must be paid for in advance to confirm your appointment and may require being put on a wait list. Rescheduling will be done as time becomes available. A $10.00 fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled more than once. Photo Sessions for the Studio are $50.00 (including Saturdays) and must be prepaid. Saturday appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is your responsibility to contact us if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Failure to do so may result in you not being included in the 2024 Yearbook. |
