We have scheduled June 23, 24 & 25, 2026 for Baldwin High School Seniors.
Portraits will be done in the Multi Purpose Building.

Your session fee ($40.00 at school/$60.00 in-studio) is due one week after scheduling.
It may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
This fee is a professional photographic fee and includes complimentary retouching for the selected yearbook pose.

Senior Formal Dress Code
Your yearbook photo must be taken following these guidelines and special attire must be provided by you (exception: black jackets and formal drapes will be provided by the studio).
OPTION 1: Long-sleeved, collared white shirt with a dark neck tie provided by you and a black jacket will be provided by the studio
OPTION 2: Black blouse/top/dress with a V-neck or scoop neck (sleeves are recommended) provided by you; tube tops/bandeaus, strapless, spaghetti straps, bathing suits, halter or backless tops/dresses will not be allowed
OR black formal drape provided by the studio (please come dressed in a strapless or off-shoulder top)

At Your Appointment
Please arrive ready to be photographed (i.e. hair and make-up are done prior to arrival)
To better adhere to current health and safety guidelines:
• Please arrive at your scheduled time
• Please ring the doorbell & someone from our staff will meet you at the door to check you in
• We will call you to let you know when to come in
• Only the student will be allowed at the photo session to minimize contact.
• Following your photo session, you will be given information on viewing your images and selecting your yearbook photo.
• Late appointments will be rescheduled

Need An Appointment?
If you have questions or would like to schedule an in-studio appointment, please contact us @ 808-244-3636. Our current office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10 am - 2 pm.
Rescheduling
|
We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling. Because of limited session times, we would appreciate rescheduling only if absolutely necessary. Any rescheduling must be paid for in advance to confirm your appointment and may require being put on a wait list. Rescheduling will be done as time becomes available. A $10.00 fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled more than once. Photo Sessions for the Studio are $50.00 (including Saturdays) and must be prepaid. Saturday appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is your responsibility to contact us if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Failure to do so may result in you not being included in the 2022 Yearbook. |
